Bar for rent - 8005 Zürich

For a client, we are looking for a property to rent to implement his concept of a karaoke bar. It can already be an approved gastro property, but we are also happy to rent a location that we can then repurpose. The client's investment in your property will be over CHF 300,000 and will increase the value of the property.

The current karaoke offering in Zurich is limited to a few pubs & bars, which usually offer karaoke one evening a week. We will install several boxes so that 4-5 groups can be with us at the same time, all independently in soundproof rooms separately. We will fully cover the investments in close coordination with the owner of the property.

The property should be centrally located in the city, preferably in city districts 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 or 8.
