We are looking for a tenant for a café/bistro in our motel in Neudorf, starting immediately or by arrangement. The café is located in a building with 16 motel rooms, which guarantees a high frequency of guests. Nearby, there is a development with several apartments as well as a golf club.

It would be desirable if the tenant could offer breakfast to our guests. Optional parking is available in the underground garage, from which you can conveniently reach the café by elevator.

A kitchen is not available, but there is the possibility to use a pizza oven, for example, by retrofitting a more powerful ventilation system.
