We are looking for a tenant for a café/bistro in our motel in Neudorf, immediately or by arrangement. The café is located in a building with 16 motel rooms, guaranteeing a high frequency of guests. Nearby there is a development with several apartments and a golf club.

It would be desirable if the tenant could offer our guests breakfast. Optional parking is available in the underground car park, from where you can comfortably reach the café by lift.

There is no kitchen, but there is the possibility of installing a more powerful ventilation system to use, for example, a pizza oven.
