We are looking for a tenant or a couple of tenants who can optimally combine entrepreneurship, hospitality, and a high quality mindset. You can start right away with a well-functioning infrastructure. As a couple of tenants, you can skillfully divide the main competencies of service and kitchen and thus benefit from a low personnel requirement. This position is aimed at young entrepreneurs who want to take the step into self-employment. Good contract conditions and a warm-hearted owner complete the dream of your own business.
Facilities / Description:
The inventory (small and large) in the guest room and kitchen will be provided. In case of damage or defect caused by the tenant, equivalent replacement must be provided. Maintenance and service of the devices is the responsibility of the tenant.
The restaurant is located in a central location on Lake Thun in the beautiful village of Merligen. In addition to local guests, the restaurant is also popular with holiday guests staying in the surrounding hotels. Day tourists on their excursion to the Bernese Oberland also like to stop here for a break.
The restaurant has been run by the host couple for many years and has a loyal regular clientele.

Electricity will be billed separately and is the responsibility of the tenant.
