Mülenen_Aeschi near Spiez
Mülenen is a small place at 692 m above sea level in the Kandertal in the canton of Bern and lies on the Lötschberg line in the Bernese Oberland, which connects Wallis with Spiez/Thun/Bern. From the village, the Niesenbahn leads to the famous pyramid-shaped mountain Niesen.
Location
The well-known Restaurant Stock's Steakhouse was built by the owners in 2010 in a striking log cabin style; easily visible from the main connecting road between the Bernese Oberland and Wallis. The restaurant is easily accessible for cars as well as trucks.
Next to it is the event venue operated by the landlords. The complete infrastructure including overnight accommodations can be rented modularly - also by the future tenants of the restaurant. A collaboration for catering an event in the event venue with the restaurant's tenants is desirable.
The Rental Object
The rental object includes the entire log cabin over three floors, with the terrace and numerous parking spaces.
The Stock's Steakhouse is widely known and very popular. It is currently closed, and the loyal regular customers are just waiting for the restaurant to be revived.
The owners especially want to give young, motivated restaurateurs the opportunity to build something. This is through a fair rent, a new and logistically excellently designed infrastructure, and the already mentioned valuable regular clientele.
Thanks to its new condition, operations in the barrier-free designed building could be resumed as early as tomorrow.
