It has 2 closed rooms as well as several spacious areas suitable for exhibitions, showrooms, or creative office spaces. A tea kitchen (line) and a guest toilet have been installed. Additionally, a well-equipped kitchen (and a shower) is available (for shared use).

The office has an attractive outdoor area in the courtyard and is directly visible and accessible from Zwinglistrasse. A small surrounding area with 1 parking space and bicycle parking spaces is included. An additional parking space can be rented.

The rooms are ideal for creative professions such as architecture office, gallery, graphics, or edition. Restaurant or bar operations are not possible! Hair salons, nail studios, or similar are also not welcome. No significant further construction is desired.
