Single and double units are available for rent. Upon request, multiple units can also be rented or purchased.

The spaces are already purposefully developed (WC, heating, UV box) and can be used immediately after completion.

Unfortunately, GreenPlaces are unsuitable for professional car workshops due to the lack of outdoor areas and insufficient parking spaces.

One parking space per unit can be rented for CHF 75 / month.

The additional costs account is CHF 100 / month (approximately CHF 7.40 m2pa).
