The commercial space is in a residential building and in a residential area. Therefore, only quiet businesses, studios or storage are possible. The rental space has a small shower and a toilet, but no seating area or balcony. Rentals for any type of residential purpose or gastronomy are excluded. Two large windows on the front sides as well as smaller side windows provide sufficient light.

The commercial space would be available from summer 2025 or by arrangement. The deposit amounts to 3 months' rent and must be paid before the start of the rental period. The rent is paid quarterly in advance.
