By arrangement, we are renting around 400m2 of workshop and storage space with changing room/WC facilities and a large outdoor area (approx. 210m2) in a well-accessible location in the Schrotmättli industrial district (Littau district). Some of the outdoor areas are covered. The workshop has two floors, a hall on the ground floor (approx. 200m2) with a durable concrete floor and a wooden stage set up above it. The room heights range from 2.50m to 4.50m. The stage with a usable area of around 195m2 is accessed by two staircases.

The workshop (previously a roofing company) is equipped with a functional overhead crane and a forklift and is secured with a large metal gate.

The rental price per m2 is understood as an average price for all indoor and outdoor areas and installations (overhead crane, forklift, shared use of changing room/WC facilities) including electricity and ancillary costs. Additional parking spaces in front of the building are available for rent upon request (CHF 60/month).
