The rental area consists of the following rooms:
* 173 m² commercial/office (with daylight) * 139 m² parking/storage (with automatic sliding door) * 19 m² WC/wardrobe
Partial area usage is certainly feasible. Any renovation requests can still be considered, as the premises are partially still accessed via the post office and the separate sanitary rooms have not yet been created.
