The new doors are equipped with electronic SALTO locking. The windows are new, triple-glazed, and equipped with electric blinds. The building envelope is newly insulated, and the rooms are heated with radiators or TABS. Further expansions are usually financed by the tenant.

Currently, the outdoor and public indoor areas of the Viscosistadt are being further upgraded. On the one hand, we are realizing a roof terrace in sector B, which offers a view of the Rigi, a bistro area inside the 6th floor with a view of the greenery and the Pilatus. Furthermore, the Decora terrace and the Piazza Pontina with shade-giving trees, a pergola, and benches for relaxing are being created in the outdoor area. And the Spinnereistrasse, where the main entrances to the rental spaces are located, will be redesigned by summer.
