Our office space is located at Länggasssstrasse 7 in the Bern University Quarter, just a few minutes' walk from Bern railway station. Its central location makes your new office easily accessible: on foot, by public transport (directly on the busy bus line 20) or by car via the Bern-Neuhaus motorway exit. The commercial building has a parking garage with various parking spaces for customers and employees.
The premises were completely renovated in mid-2024. The landlord is the PROSPERITA Foundation for Occupational Pensions. The condominium was designed as an office community for various pension funds or pension fund-related tenants. Currently, three pension funds, a pension fund administration and a real estate company are tenants. We are looking for further tenants from comparable industries or whose activities are compatible with those of the existing tenants.

The spaces are internally connected and can therefore be rented individually or separately.
While the rented office spaces are exclusively available to you, the spacious common areas (meeting zone, two meeting rooms, meeting box, retreat room, cafeteria with kitchen and bar, and WC including separate shower) can be used together with the other tenants. The meeting rooms are free to use unless they have been reserved exclusively for a fee.
