The rooms offer direct access to the atrium for sole use and have large window fronts. The cafeteria on the top floor with roof terrace, kitchen, lounge, tables and chairs, is shared by the tenants.
The office has its own sanitary facilities. If you have individual customization requests, these can be realized, the floor plan allows many design options. Sufficient (at least 10) parking spaces and, if required, storage can also be rented. The additional costs amount to CHF 25.00/m²/year. The contribution for the cafeteria amounts to CHF 7.50/m²/year.
