The rooms offer a direct exit to the atrium for exclusive use and have generous window fronts. The cafeteria on the top floor with a roof terrace, kitchen, lounge, tables, and chairs is shared by the tenants.
The office has its own sanitary facilities. If you have individual customization requests, these can be realized, as the floor plan allows for many design options. There are enough (at least 10) parking spaces available, and storage can also be rented if needed. The ancillary costs amount to Fr. 25.00/m2/year. The contribution for the cafeteria is Fr. 7.50/m2/year.
