We are renting a craft room in the basement at Oltnerstrasse 64b in Schönenwerd from July 1, 2025 or by arrangement.

The Location
Schönenwerd, located between the larger centers of Aarau and Olten, offers a village character and still quiet residential quality. Schönenwerd is very well connected by public transport. The village center has numerous shops and service offerings, including the Fashion Fish Outlet.
Schools up to and including the Maturity level are in the immediate vicinity.
Together with various sports facilities and the Aare, you can enjoy diverse local recreation.

The Area
The craft room is located in the basement of a residential building. Access is possible via the staircase or by lift. The room has no windows and there is no water connection or toilet available.
