We are not just looking for tenants, but ideally a web, design, or PR agency, 3D experts, an animation studio, or similar. A start-up from these areas is also very welcome, and we might even be able to help them get started. We prefer like-minded individuals with similar quality standards to inspire each other. Because we would like to benefit from your skills, place orders, etc. A later marriage is not excluded if we like each other.

Three offices are available, each with up to 4 workstations. The offices can be rented individually or together.
