In our beautiful, bright studio in Emmenbrücke, several spacious workspaces will be available. We are located within a 5-10 minute walking distance to the train station, various shopping options, the Design & Art University, Nordpol, and the Reuss river.

Who we are looking for

The studio spaces are intended for creative individuals who are working full-time either alone or as a small business and want to become part of the studio community. The spaces are unfurnished and co-design is possible.

The studio

The studio consists of two workrooms, a shared meeting room, and a large kitchen that can also be used as a retreat. There is also a cozy garden seating area, and free parking is available in front of the house.

Who we are

We value a relaxed, warm, and focused atmosphere and maintain a mutual, professional exchange. We are between 38 and 48 years old and work in the fields of architecture, graphic design, and scientific illustration.

Size and costs

Cost per space: 260-300 CHF including internet, size approx. 15-20 m2.

Available from the beginning of September 2025 or by arrangement, earliest from mid-July 2025.
