Are you looking for an inspiring space in the heart of Zurich? We are ELONI, a diverse company that wants to appear in more stores in the future. Our first store in Zurich opened just before Corona (not a really good start 😊) and the environment for stores with physical shopping is not exactly glorious. However, we are convinced that physical contact is promising for us and generally important for cities. For optimization reasons, we are looking for a co-tenant. We had also considered placing employees of our architecture office in the store. However, this is not interesting for us. From these considerations came the idea of achieving an overall improvement out of the obligation to optimize. We are looking for win-win situations that are possible in many ways. We are completely open to your ideas and look forward to them. We would still like to briefly outline some examples:
· Photo studio with its own entrance. Supervision of the ELONI store during certain times --> lower rent from us in return.
· Interior design office or garden planning in the same concept
· Consulting office for lawyers in a relaxed environment
· You have your own small label and want to produce your products with us (e.g. sewing), present them, and sell them with us. Or sell them yourself.
· You sell special food and want to let people taste it
· Etc.
The size of the rent is very open due to these many combination possibilities. As a guideline, 700.- to 2,500.- would be assumed.

• Rent: monthly 700.- to 2,500.- CHF

• Size: 20 to 50 m2, spacious and bright, with a large shop window

• Furnishing: The room is equipped to a high standard and offers space for your ideas and projects. We as a furniture store and fitters want to match in style and are happy to support the expansion.
