The storage room (referred to in the plans as Storage Room 1) features extra wide double doors with a width of 1.20 meters. Additionally, there is the possibility to install a high-voltage connection afterwards.
In the underground garage, provisions for electric mobility are already in place; an appropriate upgrade can be made if necessary.
A parking space is assigned to the storage room and is included in the rental price.
