We are looking for a subtenant (preferably working in the field of couple and/or family therapy) from June 1st, 2025 or by arrangement, for a furnished office/practice room (see photos, approx. 22m2) in a charming old building in the beautiful district 6 of Zurich, in the extended vicinity of the university quarter, in a quiet location. The premises are centrally located, i.e., 2 to 3 tram stops from Zurich main station.

We have been running a law firm together for many years, consisting of two lawyers and two assistants. One of the lawyers is a specialist lawyer SAV Family Law and would like to expand her offer to clients in separation and divorce situations with a professional with a different professional background but the same clientele.

The monthly rent is CHF 1,500.00 (including cleaning and share of additional costs, shared use of WC and kitchen [excluding drinks]).
