We have terminated our office lease and are now looking for subtenants.

For reasons of discretion, no pictures of the premises are being put online as work is still being done there and it is also used for storage.

Viewings are possible by appointment.

The office has 2 rooms with a lockable interconnecting door.

We have two workstations in room 1 and a storage room in room 2. In principle, you could certainly fit 3-4 workstations.

Existing furniture can be purchased if interested.

In principle, we could move out within 30-45 days after a rental agreement has been concluded by the administration.
