We are renting out the purple area (Rental area 2) according to the floor plan from 1.4.2025, which can be individually developed and furnished. All walls and ceilings will be freshly painted and basic lighting installed. The floor is raw sanded and sealed.

The commercial property is located directly in the local recreation area of the Limmat and is excellently connected. In two minutes you are on the highway and thus quickly in Zurich or Bern, Basel. The Neuenhof train station is also within walking distance.
Thanks to large window fronts, you can enjoy working in a bright and inviting atmosphere. Customer parking is available outdoors directly at the entrance and in the underground garage (pool parking).
As a break during lunch, you can eat outside directly at the Limmat on the available break area, or engage in sports in nature. Showers are available in the building.
