At Niederurnen train station we rent a large warehouse with over 5'000 m2 usable space. Furthermore, there are almost 1'600 m2 of outdoor and handling space available. The interior spaces are accessible via 2 doors, which are approximately 4 meters high and up to 3.80 meters wide. In front of the building is a spacious handling/storage area for loading and unloading trucks with forklifts.
The rooms are between 4 and 5 meters high (shed roof, sloping), floor load 3.5 tons/m2, maximum connection power up to 630 kVA. The rooms can be tempered using fans. They are supplied by the district heating network of the Niederurnen waste incineration plant.
Furthermore, there is an office container, break rooms, changing rooms and WC/showers. The floor area has some depressions, so it is not completely level. However, it can be easily driven on everywhere.
