In the well-maintained Dusorel business building, in a highly central location, we rent a commercial space on the 3rd floor (with elevator). The room with approx. 25m² usable area can be used in a variety of ways, for example as an office or as a practice room. A toilet is available for shared use on the 2nd floor. A water connection in the room is not available. The room will be gently renovated before the arrival of a new tenant (flooring and painting work).
The neighborhood includes, among other things, various individual businesses, from which synergies ideally arise. For example, there is a lawyer, various coachings, hypnosis therapies, a driving school, etc. in the building. On the same floor, AXA insurance is located.
