We are looking for a new tenant, a tenant woman or a tenant couple for our restaurant on the first floor of a showroom of an Opel and Toyota garage.
The restaurant was completely renovated in 2018 and offers around 50 seats. The kitchen has also been renovated and is well equipped. Parking facilities for guests are available.
The car dealership with around 30 employees is located on a busy main road. In the village itself, there is currently only one other restaurant. A café was recently opened. There are several industries and companies nearby, making the location interesting for lunch menus. As a garage business, we give our customers who are waiting or in conversation with a salesperson a coffee voucher, which they can redeem in the restaurant.
