In Tagelswangen, a new DOMUM development is being built at Huebstrasse 33/35 with four commercial units and a total of 49 attractive 1½- to 5½-room rental apartments.
The DOMUM housing cooperative offers a home for seniors, families, couples and singles. The aim is a lively community with a strong sense of togetherness and openness to good neighbourliness. Communal rooms supplement the individual apartments and, in combination with a settlement coach, promote encounters between generations. The structural comfort also allows for a long stay in one's own home, even in increasing age.
The tenants of the development benefit in summary from the following amenities (included in the rent):
Parking spaces (CHF 150.00/month) and motorcycle parking spaces (CHF 50.00/month) are available in the underground car park.
Inspections are not yet possible at this time. The commercial units are rented according to plan. Please note that independent access to the construction site is not permitted.
