The commercial building is located in the center of Glarus - in the immediate vicinity of the town hall.
The open-plan office with its 5 windows facing south-east and the large wardrobe has an area of over 50 m2. The office located on the west side can be well used as a meeting room, as it is shielded from the other rooms by glass.
On the ground floor there is a shop and a large hairdressing salon. Office space is rented on the three upper floors.
Glarus, as the capital of the canton, offers a wide range of shopping opportunities, restaurants, financial services and therefore has various parking possibilities in different zones in the center. The train station/SBB can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, which connects the Glarus region with the Zurich lake region every half hour.
In the attic (accessible by lift) there are currently two rooms (15 and 17 m2) included in the rent as storage rooms or offices. Further rooms can also be rented.
The separate toilet is located in the stairwell half a floor down. Minor spatial adjustments can be made via the landlord.
