I am subletting my basement compartment for shared use to long-term tenants with one month's notice.

The basement compartment is a total of 9m2 and approx. 6m2 are freely available (floor height 2.80m at the ventilation duct). It is located in the 2nd basement of a new building and is dry, clean and lockable. The temperature is constant throughout the year at approx. 15°C.

Since the basement compartment is sublet for shared use, it can only be accessed through me as the landlord (by prior appointment). Valuables can be locked away individually within the basement compartment if required.
