We are looking for a subtenant for about half of the total area of our rental property in Buech in Rapperswil-Jona.

Furniture such as tables, chairs, and shelves are (partially) available (see photos) and included in the rental price. It is also possible to rent only a part of the offered 127 m².

We ourselves operate as an engineering office and are therefore equipped with multifunction printers, plotters, cutting machines (plans), etc., and shared use is possible.

Also included in the rental price is the use of the small kitchen and the storage room (on the 2nd floor) as well as the break room and the two toilets on the ground floor.

Parking spaces can be rented for CHF 40.- / month.
