Tattoo studio for sublease in the Valley

Since I am pregnant, I am looking for 1 to 2 subtenants for my bright tattoo studio in the Valley. The studio is located at Kemptpark 28 and offers nearly 30 square meters of space for creative expression. My favorite place scores with plenty of natural light through the large bright windows and radiates a pleasant room climate.

Here are some specs:

• The toilets are located in the hallway for shared use.
• The studio is also hygiene certified.
• Available for shared use: a sink, (thermal) and regular printer, a large refrigerator & TV, a cozy sofa, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
• The neighbors are very quiet and respectful (yoga, pain massages, art studios).
• The studio is conveniently located near Winterthur & Zurich and yet in the middle of nature. The airport is only 15 minutes away.
• Parking is available in front of the house.

The room can be rented for up to 5 days a week/month. The weekends are flexible and can also be divided among each other. A permanent rental relationship is sought for at least 6 months - preferably longer. I am looking for a good collaboration in this heartfelt place. The rent is 100 CHF/week day, (e.g. always Tuesday & Wednesday = 200 CHF per month).
