We are renting out a modern, well-developed office space in a central location in Murten from summer 2025 or by agreement.
Our office space covers 337m2, since we no longer need the entire area, we are renting out a partial area. The size can be adapted to the needs of the future user, but must be at least 140m2.
The monthly rent and the heating and ancillary costs are also based on these 140m2.
There is the possibility of shared use of a break room, meeting room, reception and a spacious terrace area.
However, there is also the possibility of separating the sub-area to be rented from our sub-area. A separate entrance already exists.
The property is representative and has a lift. The location directly at Murten train station is excellent. Visitor parking spaces are available outdoors.
Parking spaces in the underground car park can be rented for an additional CHF 120.00 per month for employees.
