We are renting a modern, well-equipped office space in a central location in Murten starting from summer 2025 or by arrangement.
Our office premises amount to 337m2, as we no longer need the entire area, we are renting out a partial area. The size can be adjusted to the needs of the future user, but must be at least 140m2.
The monthly rent as well as the heating and additional costs are based on these 140m2.
There is the possibility of shared use of break room, meeting room, reception, and generous terrace area.
However, there is also the option to separate the area to be rented from our partial area. A separate access is already available.
The property is representative and has an elevator. The location directly at the Murten train station is excellent. Visitor parking spaces are available in the outdoor area.
For employees, parking spaces in the garage can be rented for Fr. 120.00 per month.
