On the Joweid site, a spacious industrial area is available by arrangement. A loading ramp is used for optimal material transport, loading and unloading in the dry. The material can be easily transported into the rental area via a lift or the large floor hatch.

Next to the train station is the Joweid Areal. In house 2, on the 2nd floor, a commercial area will become available. The workshop area offers plenty of space with its 2'000 square meters. The rental area can be reached either via stairs or the lift.
For material transport, two goods lifts with a size of B:1.7m x L:2.9m x H:2.5m - 2 tonnes transport load, or the second lift, B:1.9m x L:4.8m x H:2.5m - 5 tonnes transport load are available.
If this is not enough, you have the possibility to transport your material via a floor hatch via a crane with a load capacity of 10 tonnes.
Sanitary facilities are available on the rental area as well as on the common areas.
Outdoor parking spaces are also available (CHF 60.-).
