In the up-and-coming area of Eichhof West, the WAS Building D3 is being developed as a sustainable workplace according to the SNBS Gold standard – modern, future-oriented, and well-connected. From July 2026, approximately 386 m² of high-quality office spaces will be available on the 5th and 6th floors. The rental spaces impress with a contemporary open-space concept, plenty of daylight, and a ready-to-move-in equipment (sound-absorbing carpets, acoustically effective curtains, and modern floor lamps). The kitchenette and focus boxes are not included in the basic construction but can be realized as part of the tenant expansion.
