On behalf of the municipality of Lax, we are renting three modern rooms in the former school building in Lax at a central location starting from October 1, 2023 (or by arrangement) for use as an office, practice, or similar. A communal room with a small kitchen and dishwasher, as well as toilets (separate for ladies and gentlemen), is available for shared use.

The building was renovated in 2015 and certified to Minergie standards. Parking spaces are available in front of the building.
