Our gardening company is planning a new building with 3 floors and a basement. The building will be used as a warehouse as well as an office building for Berger Gardening.
A commercial space of 2100 m2 on the 2nd floor could be rented.
Only moderately disturbing businesses are permitted, particularly commercial uses of production, goods distribution, storage, and transportation. Also permitted are administrative, research, and technical rooms related to business and company.
Trade and service businesses as well as residential uses are not permitted.
Since the project is still in a development phase, wishes and changes can still be considered with serious interest.
