Our horticultural company is planning a new building with 3 floors and a basement. The building will be used as a warehouse and office building for Berger Gartenbau.
A commercial area of 2100 m2 on the 2nd floor could be rented.
Only moderately disruptive businesses are permitted, in particular commercial uses of production, bulk goods distribution, warehousing and transport. Operational and company-related administrative, research and technical rooms are also permitted.
Retail and service businesses as well as residential uses are not permitted.
Since the project is still in the development phase, requests and changes can still be considered in case of serious interest.
