Commercial building for rent - 3011 Bern, Gerechtigkeitsgasse 13

Our small venue in the lower old town of Bern is available for new ideas from early June to the end of September 2025. Have you always wanted to have your own smoothie bar over the summer, showcase all your salad chopping skills, offer summer cocktails for sale, or do you need a cool venue for your yoga classes, a cozy basement venue for dance lessons, or free walls for an art exhibition?

Das Lieblings at Gerechtigkeitsgasse 13 is registered as a gastronomy venue and can be opened every day from 05:00 to 00:30. The basement room is rented with a bar and all the necessary materials you might need. Of course, it also comes with furniture if you can use it for your purposes. We have a WC and are allowed to set up tables and chairs outside. Due to our regulations, no more than 20 people may be present in Das Lieblings at the same time, and nothing may be cooked, heated, or warmed up. Only cold dishes may be produced. There are many possibilities in summer.
