In a quiet location, we are renting spacious, bright rooms that can be used in various ways, for example as an office or practice.
A light-flooded staircase connects the ground floor, separate entrance area with the rooms on the first floor. These include an extremely large workspace that connects four separate, differently sized rooms with the practical kitchen and toilet facilities (see floor plan).
Several built-in wardrobes increase usability.
In addition, the office includes a generous terrace with plenty of evening sun and a view of the greenery.
The premises are easily and quickly accessible by public and private transport.
If needed, three visitor parking spaces, a double garage, and a ground-level, separately accessible workshop of approximately 80 square meters can also be rented.
