I am looking for a long-term subtenant for 2 office rooms (max. 2 people) in a charming old building with parquet flooring, fully equipped (see floor plan red areas) starting from May 1st or June 1st, 2025. You can plug in your computer and start working immediately. The premises are very central, two tram stops from the main station. The net rent is 1,190.- / month excluding additional costs.

The additional costs include the use of the following infrastructure and services:

• Furnished: with 3 office desks, office chairs, cabinets, shelves, floor lamps, etc.
• Shared use of kitchen (dishes, coffee machine, etc.), hallway, WC
• including your separate entrance and mailbox
• including your own attic compartment
• Fiber optic internet connection with unlimited traffic
• Network infrastructure in all rooms
• including cleaning of your office rooms

Additional costs 200.-/month. I am looking for a long-term subtenant (notice period 6 months) who is my perfect choice with one to maximum two people. I am not looking for a shared office, non-smoking office, no pets.
