SITUATION
Beautifully located on the shores of Lake Geneva, at the foot of the Jura, facing the Alps, halfway between Geneva and Lausanne, the municipality of Gland offers its residents a living environment that combines the advantages of the city without its nuisances.
The new district "Les Lisières" is located near the train station and the road networks of the Côte. Halfway between Geneva and Lausanne, this complex is about ten minutes by car from Nyon and 20 minutes from Geneva-Cointrin International Airport.
BUILDING
This modern set of buildings, delivered in 2022, was designed to be environmentally friendly and revolves around a pedestrian area.
The project includes commercial spaces and housing, thus creating a dynamic activity zone close to the population. In total, there are more than 200 housing units, which means about 850 new residents have settled in this neighborhood.
