We are looking for a subtenant for a lockable office (10sqm, 15sqm or 25sqm) in a shared office space directly at the tram stop Bahnhofstrasse/HB, starting immediately or by arrangement.
We are a friendly law firm and maintain a calm and familiar atmosphere. Our offices are located on the 3rd floor (including elevator) and cover a total area of 250sqm, equipped with a meeting room (see picture), reception/secretariat, a kitchen, two toilets and various lockable offices. The communal areas can be used as needed.
Due to the prime location, public transport connections are excellent (tram stop Bahnhofstrasse/HB directly in front of the door, one minute's walk from Zurich HB). Parking is available in nearby car parks.
