Urban, yet quiet: The room located in the courtyard on the raised ground floor can be used as an office, practice or meeting room. Just around the corner is the beautiful Hallwylplatz, where you can sit in the sun, the Sihl river, public transport (Selnau station, Stauffacherplatz, Werd), numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

For many years the room was used as a practice. In the other offices on the ground floor we operate our small property management. However, the room that is becoming available is separated from our offices and is only accessible via an external corridor (see floor plan). Shared WC with washbasin on the floor.

Ceiling light is available. The carpet floor can be replaced by agreement. Integrated Venetian blinds (see photo) are available free of charge on request.

The flat-rate additional costs of CHF 60 include the costs for private electricity, all additional costs (heating, water, etc.), WC maintenance (weekly cleaning, towel service, materials such as soap, toilet paper).

Weekly cleaning of the room by our cleaning lady can also be offered for an additional fee.
