The premises at Schwarzwaldallee 10 are accessible via a separate entrance from Grenzacherstrasse. Access to the property is via a manually operated tilting gate. The front area of the entrance can be accessed by a car or a small truck. The actual workshop space is located half a floor below street level and is accessed by a staircase as well as a manually operated lift.

The premises do not have daylight and are not heated, but are versatile and have a toilet facility and running water.
