SBB is looking for the next tenant for the best location in Neuchâtel train station.
A long-term lease is offered, but a one-year "Pop-up-Store" contract is possible to test your concept in this space until 31.12.2025.
p Ideally, the space is located next to the escalators leading to the platforms and is divided as follows:
- Sales area of 63m2 on the ground floor
- Background area of 28m2 on the ground floor
- Storage facility of 22m2 on the ground floor with the possibility of installing a cold room
- A mezzanine of 60m2 for office, break or staff area
The space could be divided into 2 shops depending on the situation and application.
For this space, SBB is looking for a retail company (no catering, café or food). However, further catering areas will soon be available, so your concepts are welcome. Only concepts whose documents (as an attachment to this advertisement) have been properly completed will be considered.
