Two beautiful large furnished rooms approximately 18-20 and 20-24 m2 for temporary subletting (ideally to a couple):
Bedroom with wardrobe, double bed with storage boxes.
Living room with sofa, seating nook, double bed in front of TV, desk + writing chair.
Bathroom with small tub, fully equipped kitchen, 10 m2 balcony.
Quiet location, 20 minutes to HB, two supermarkets around the corner.
In the basement there is a washing machine, dryer & bike storage.

From 22.04. - until the end of May/June/July (times are flexible depending on agreement).

Clean, trustworthy and respectful person(s) with payment ability without stress preferred.
I would be grateful if someone could water the plants on the balcony 1-2 times a week, please (not visible in the online photos).
I am nice-open-affable, work as a software engineer or now "AI specialist" at a startup (mostly remote home office).
My apartment is artistically creative with style and beautiful plants, very cozy.
Cleanliness and order in the kitchen and bathroom are important.
Liability insurance is mandatory (no stress, but some crap can always happen).
No pets allowed.
I may be briefly on-site in the small 3rd room about 10-20% of the time.
