We are renting out our lovingly furnished apartment on the 1st floor of a quiet, family-run three-party house in Bern. The location is ideal: only two minutes walk to the tram station Schönegg, seven minutes to Coop, Aldi, the Aare or the Marzili. The Gurten is also quickly accessible, perfect for jogging, walking or just unwinding.

There are many blue zone parking spaces around the house.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Heating, electricity, water, internet, and TV (including subscription) are included in the rent. We are looking for a quiet, careful person or a couple who appreciates the mindful handling of our home and will lovingly take care of our plants during our absence.

Smoking and hosting parties are not desired.

The rental period is from early October to around December 21, 2025. We look forward to your message!
