As of July 1, 2025, we are looking for a successor for our very quiet and very central 3.5-room apartment.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has two bathrooms (bath/toilet and shower/toilet).
The rooms have parquet floors; the hallway, kitchen, bathrooms, and living area have stone floors.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, and ample storage space.
The apartment is located in a very quiet 30 km/h and 20 km/h zone, with the living room and bedrooms facing a street with a 20 km/h zone (sleeping with the window open is possible).
The location is very central (tram lines 7, 9, 10, and 14 are in the immediate vicinity, including direct tram lines to the main station, Oerlikon station, and Zurich Airport).
Individual pieces of furniture (wardrobe, kitchen side table, coat rack, balcony plants, and balcony flooring) preferably be taken over.
Cellar storage is included.
There is the option to rent an outdoor parking space (space for two vehicles) for CHF 60 per month.
