The building has a solarium on the 16th floor, on the roof, equipped with a shower and breathtaking views.

Hallway, bedroom with lake and mountain views and small balcony, separate dining room with lake view, two built-in wardrobes, bathroom with bathtub and shower, living room with lake view leading to the balcony overlooking the lake. In the bedroom photos the balcony is not visible, but it is there.

Supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk: Coop, Migrolino, VOI (Migros), Denner, Lidl.

Bus stop 5 directly in front of the house.
Pharmacy directly in front of the house.
Post office directly in front of the house.
University within a 5-minute walk.

Nearby are restaurants and a Venetian ice cream parlor.
