The well-equipped kitchen has a central counter where you can prepare and serve your meals at the beautiful glass table for 6 people: the benches are perfect for hosting your guests! 2 large double bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people, and the bathroom also has a modern shower. Stroll along the lake to discover shops, boutiques, and restaurants and reach the beach in just 5 minutes. Take the boat to get to the city: at the port of Morcote, you can buy tickets and reach the many tourist destinations along the lake.

A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also provide a care kit. We also provide a basket with essentials for breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there is the possibility to park in the public parking.
